This is the first meal that we cooked on our freshly made Disco. Brats, Chicken, Asparagus, Potatoes and some Hot-dogs. For the first time cooking on a disco in Wisconsin it was not bad. We learned a few things! Make it so you can get more air flow around the fire and the disco. We set our fire in a grill bottom so it channeled all of the heat strait to the disk. Making it cook a little to fast, make sure to rotate things from top to bottom of the disco or your brats with be great at one end and raw and the other. The smaller the potatoes are cut up the better they will cook.
Making a Disco.
Ours took very little time, 3 bolts, 3 nuts, a disc off a disc harrow or really anything round and curved.

Weld the nuts to the bottom of the Disc and weld the hole in the center of the disc up. Screw the bolts in place and flap disc the inside of the disco so its smooth.
